What do 1st Barton on Sea,
Sea Scouts Do?

Firstly, 1st Barton on Sea Scouts is a voluntary organisation, providing local children with many aspects of scouting. The groups are ably run by new and experienced Scouting volunteer leaders, local volunteers and parent helpers who support the meetings. All leaders and helpers receive a DBS check and, additionally, many are parents of children who are within the groups.

Adventure is at the heart of everything we do. Consequently, it is the single most important quality that sets Beavers, Cubs and Scouts apart.  Through the everyday adventure of Scouting, young people and adult volunteers regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives.
